Expedited Delivery

Dry Van or Temperature Controlled
Sparrow has the capacity to demand secure, reliable delivery to give you more control over your supply chain and move you forward. With a network of dedicated carriers, we can fulfill your dry van or temperature-controlled truckload needs.
Dry vans trailers are fully enclosed boxes designed to transport a wide range of freight safely and securely. Each 53’ trailer can haul up to 45,000 lbs. making the dry van to be the industry standard for moving nonperishable goods both local and over-the-road (OTR) lanes.
Temperature Controlled (refrigerated) trailers or reefers are sealed to are used to transport temperature-sensitive or perishable goods in a range of industries including food and beverage and consumer packaged goods (CPG). During seasonal times, these trailers are high in demand and require extra planning around securing capacity.
Heavy Haul Transport
Have a machine that needs moving? We can haul your load no matter the size, length, width, height, weight, or location. With our network of dedicated carriers across the states, we have heavy-haul truck drivers available for you! We are experts in shipping oversize and overweight loads because of our experience in providing proactive solutions and ensuring all parties are communicating the details about the shipment. We often get asked about legal restrictions and permits. There are several restrictions when it comes to length, width, height, and weight. We closely work with our clients and drivers to ensure the details are correct as a miss in an “inch” or “pound” can result in thousands of dollars in permits or escorts. Having these upfront details allows our drivers to accurately price, order permits, and plan their routes.

The type of equipment needed depends on the shipment and equipment being moved. Sparrow Logistics team of experts is here to work with you to gather all of the information about the shipment, right down to the make and model of what we are moving. We then double, and triple check these dimensions against manufacturer spec sheets. We go the next step further by speaking with the shipper and receiver to do our backend research to ensure we uncover any potential issues at risk for our drivers and clients.
Power Only
Have the trailer but need a driver and a tractor? Sparrow has the hook-up! Power-only trucking is a capacity solution where the carrier only provides a truck and a driver – this power unit hauls a trailer that is either leased or owned by a 3PL or shipper. Power Only allows shippers more flexibility, scalability, and versatility when needing to haul their own equipment.
LTL (less than truckload) or Partial Truck Load
Do you have goods to move but don’t have enough volume to require the exclusive use of an entire truck? With LTL shipping, you can combine your freight in a consolidated carrier that travels to multiple destination spots to minimize shipping costs. We’ll handle all the coordination needed to utilize an LTL/PTL shipment.
Loading and Unloading services
No ramp? No dock? No problem! Our team of experts can arrange with third-party companies or services to load and unload almost any large haul. For example, if you need to get a big generator off a trailer or a heavy pallet to be delivered to the ground, we’re able to find and work with the proper service provider that has rotators and cranes to get the job done.
Hazmat and Tanker Endorsed
Need a certified driver to transport your hazardous materials or liquids? We have the connections! Sparrow helps find qualified drivers who are Hazmat and Tanker Endorsed to get the job done. Examples of but not limited to items that require a certified driver are batteries, fuel cells, flammable materials, paint, oil, and hydraulic fluid. Please note that we typically aim to transport liquids in IBC totes, not bulk liquid shipping.
Vehicle Hauling Solutions
Bought a car (or three) and need to quickly transport them across the states to deliver them? Our team is only a phone call away. Sparrow’s network of drivers who specialize in driving a 40-foot hotshot trailer to pick up and transport your vehicle. You can trust our team is faster and is more experienced than the typical car hauler.
